• Represent clients in all aspects of family law proceedings, including divorce, child custody, alimony, marital property division, and other related matters.
• Conduct thorough and thoughtful client interviews to understand their unique needs and goals.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve desired outcomes for our clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents, such as prenuptial agreements, divorce petitions, and custody agreements.
• Conduct and manage litigation, including preparing for and representing clients at trials, hearings, and mediation sessions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in family law and advise clients accordingly.
• Collaborate with the firm's team of attorneys and support staff to ensure the highest level of client service.
• Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the firm's professional development initiatives.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum of five years of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, custody, and litigation.
• Admitted to the state bar and in good standing.
• Proven track record of successfully representing clients in family law matters.
• Excellent negotiation and litigation skills.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and advise clients accordingly.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
