Salary: $160,000 - $215,000 per year

• Defend claims in state/federal court
• Work directly with clients and develop case strategies from intake through resolution
• Handle all phases of discovery, depositions, and motion practice (with assistance from law & motion team)
• Represent clients at mediations, hearings, and trials
• Develop and maintain relationships with institutional and new clients
