Senior Counsel/Senior Attorney | Trust and Estate Litigation | Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid OR Fully Remote) | $150-260k+

We offer the flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid in Los Angeles (2 days onsite), supporting work-life balance while maintaining a high-performing legal practice. Compensation is closely tied to your chosen billable hour target, with annual billable expectations ranging between 1,650–1,800 hours. Salary will reflect your comfort level within that range, with opportunities for performance bonuses. • Serve as primary attorney on trust, estate and probate litigation matters, managing cases independently.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery and memoranda.
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, depositions, trials and settlement negotiations.
• Advise clients proactively on pre-litigation and litigation strategies.
• Manage conservatorship, guardianship and probate administration matters from start to finish.
• Provide consultation to trustees and beneficiaries regarding trust administration.
• Conduct legal research and handle other projects as assigned.

• Active CA Bar license
• 5+ years of probate or trust litigation experience strongly preferred.
• 8–10 years of civil litigation will be considered.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple priorities.
• Comfortable handling clients and cases autonomously.
