Associate Attorney

Location: Fully Remote(San Francisco Bay Area)

Compensation: Up to $200,000 (DOE)

We are seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join a well-established and growing practice. This is a fully remote opportunity offering competitive compensation and long-term growth potential.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling a range of family law matters and be comfortable managing cases independently in a remote environment. This role offers meaningful client interaction, professional development, and the opportunity to be part of a collaborative legal team.

• Manage a full caseload of family law matters from start to finish
• Handle divorce, custody, support, and related proceedings
• Draft pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and prepare for hearings, mediations, and trials
• Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel

• Active state bar license in good standing
• 3+ years of family law experience preferred
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills

The annual salary for this position is between [$150,000 – $200,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
