Candidates with 2-4 years of legal or litigation experience who enjoy a fast‑moving desk, frequent communication with attorneys, and supporting complex case workflows. Ideal backgrounds include:
- Litigation Paralegal
- Legal Assistant
- Legal Secretary
- Candidates from civil litigation, family law, or immigration who understand legal processes and terminology
- 2-4 years of legal/litigation experience
- Solid understanding of civil litigation terminology, workflow, and communication with attorneys
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse personalities while managing a busy desk
A degree is preferred, but not required. Arbitration experience is not necessary—training will be provided.
