Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases, ensuring that each case progresses in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations, advocating on their behalf to secure the best possible outcomes.
  • Draft and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests.
  • Collaborate with legal staff, experts, and other stakeholders to gather and analyze evidence.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on case progress and addressing their questions and concerns.
    • Qualifications
  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in legal research, with the ability to quickly and accurately gather and interpret legal information.
  • Extensive experience in civil litigation, including court appearances, negotiations, and mediations.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal information to clients and other stakeholders.
