Position OverviewThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex civil litigation, preferably with exposure to antitrust matters or class actions. You will work on cutting‑edge cases that shape markets and industries, advocating for fair competition and consumer rights. Attorneys here are empowered with mentorship, resources, and advanced tools to lead significant, high‑profile matters while enjoying a clear path to partnership.
This is a hybrid/flexible role based in Los Angeles, CA, offering immediate hire.
- Manage your own docket of complex civil litigation and class action cases
- Draft high‑quality complaints, motions, pleadings, and discovery requests/responses
- Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and conduct hearings
- Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
- Examine witnesses at trial and contribute to overall trial strategy
- Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support staff
- Collaborate with co‑counsel on large‑scale litigation efforts
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice in California and in good standing
- Civil litigation experience, preferably in antitrust, class actions, or complex business disputes
- Exceptional writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Experience managing multiple matters and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
- Base salary between $230,000 – $300,000 annually depending on experience
