Regulatory Compliance Specialist
The Position
Our client is a multinational creative software company. They are seeking a Trade Compliance Program Manager to support the day-to-day operations of its global trade compliance program. This role focuses on coordinating compliance initiatives, ensuring regulatory requirements are tracked and completed, and supporting the operational infrastructure of the company’s export compliance function.
Responsibilities- Managing compliance program projects, timelines, and deadlines
- Coordinating and tracking required trade compliance training
- Supporting internal and targeted compliance audits and tracking corrective actions
- Managing export classification workflow tracking
- Coordinating annual and ad hoc updates to compliance procedures
- Supporting integration tasks and compliance timelines for newly integrated companies
- Maintaining and improving compliance recordkeeping systems and documentation accessibility
- Assisting with the development of training materials and targeted process audits
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience working within trade compliance or broader regulatory compliance programs, such as those governed by EAR, OFAC, or similar regulatory frameworks. While deep trade compliance expertise is not required, familiarity with how compliance programs operate within regulated environments is highly valuable. Candidates with strong program coordination, workflow optimization, and organizational skills will be particularly successful in this role.
Experience with workflow tools such as Air Table or similar systems is a strong plus.
Targeting an ASAP start, 20-25 hours per week, for an estimated 3-6 month duration. This position can be fully remote.
The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $67 and $73. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
