Overview

Site Autonomous Vehicle Care is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetics of Autonomous Vehicles to ensure a premium experience for Riders. This entry‑level role introduces employees to key aspects of Autonomous Vehicle operations, including daily exterior, interior, and sensor upkeep to meet Transdev’s safety and customer quality standards.

• Competitive hourly pay: $26.00 – $30.00
• Vacation: minimum 2 weeks

• Maintain Transdev’s high safety standards and vehicle cleanliness per operating procedures.
• Sanitize and ensure interior, exterior, and sensor cleanliness to meet defined quality criteria.
• Protect confidentiality of all information.
• Follow procedures that include personal responsibility for personal and others’ safety.
• Respond quickly to changing, high‑pressure environments.
• Assist with simple vehicle adjustments while parked.
• Complete duties in a timely manner and adhere to schedules.
• Document and communicate service delays as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Proficient use of touchscreen smartphone technology.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret operating rules, regulations, and policies.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Organize work efficiently with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication with supervisors and peers.
• Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and flexible shifts.
• Self‑starter with good judgment in fast‑paced environments.
• Punctual, reliable, and a team player.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in vehicle maintenance.

• Extended periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• Work outdoors in inclement weather.
• Occasional climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Lift or move up to 45 lbs as needed.
• Work may involve extreme heat/cold, damp environments, and moderate noise.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• All Transdev employees must complete a pre‑employment drug screen and background check.
• Safety‑sensitive positions may require a physical screening.
• Transdev maintains a drug‑free workplace and may require participation in random testing where permitted by law.
• Ongoing background checks may be conducted in accordance with federal and state laws.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at all times.
