Experience

5+ years in supply planning or related roles.

Responsibilities
  • Support supply planning for mechanical & electrical equipment during planning cycles (inventory planning, capacity utilization, demand/supply matching).
  • Identify potential issues in demand and supply planning.
  • Perform stock shortage analysis (pilot run and initial planning).
  • Conduct regular reconciliation of planning data with inventory and purchase orders for all commodities.
  • Create, manage, and organize all files and documentation/playbooks related to supply planning.
  • Support product review meetings during the supply planning cycle.
  • Work with business and vendor teams for requirements analysis and high‑level design.
  • Create test scenarios and test cases.
  • Assist in identifying, managing, and solving bugs or issues within the supply planning process, leading to root cause resolution.
  • Lead the full life cycle of change management.
  • Develop and maintain reports and presentations related to supply planning (e.g., demand variability, capacity utilization).
  • Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing various aspects of the planning cycle.
