Delivery Driver

A qualified candidate for the position of a delivery driver must have outstanding interactive and communication skills and the enthusiasm to work with other staff as a team player. Looking for a full-time delivery driver with an ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Must be able to prioritize requests and demands made throughout the day allowing for on-time delivery as needed and required.

Ability to change course if needed. Must have good customer service skills and ability to pay attention to detail regarding orders or items being picked up or delivered.

Responsibilities
  • Delivery driver will be responsible for food deliveries between store locations throughout San Francisco and South San Francisco for Catering orders, Inter-company deliveries, Vendor pickup and delivery, and related miscellaneous duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Preferred

Education and Experience
  • 1-2 years of delivery driver experience.
  • High school diploma coupled with experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a similar role.
  • Outstanding customer relation skills and ability to ensure a customer priority culture.
  • Requirements
    • Must possess valid CA Driver’s license and have a good driving record.
    • Must show proof of auto insurance. Company vehicle will be provided.

    Catering Support Rep

    A qualified candidate for the position must have outstanding interactive and communication skills and the enthusiasm to work with catering customers. Must be a team player. Ability to prioritize requests and demands made throughout the day.

    Responsibilities
    • Maximizing every sales opportunity by cross selling profitable products.
    • Assisting customers with menu selections and event planning.
    • Providing technical support and advice to customers (i.e. allergens) if needed.
    • Come up with innovative solutions to customer service problems.
    • Educating customers on products and provide support.
    • Getting feedback and managing complaints from customers.
    • Investigating and resolving customers’ problems.
    Preferred Education and Work Experience
  • 2+ years in catering, café, restaurant, hotel, food/beverage work experience.
  • High school diploma coupled with experience in related positions, as well as working knowledge in a similar role. College highly desirable.

    Cashier

    A qualified candidate for the position of a cashier must have outstanding interactive and communication skills and the enthusiasm to work with other staff as a team player. Looking for a full-time cashier with a pleasing, warm, and inviting personality to meet and greet Focaccia customers.

    Responsibilities
    • Receive payments and present change to customers.
    • Able to work in a fast pace, high-volume store.
    • Make coffee and espresso drinks, restock condiments, utensils, chips, beverages, and related supplies.
    • Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours.
    • Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations.
    • Responsible to ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift.
    • Tasks scheduled for closing period may include clearing of trash, cleaning the front station, and restocking supplies.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Restock deliveries pertaining to his/her station and work in standing positions for up to eight hours per period.
