  • Maintain organized records of POs, receipts, invoices, and part usage
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure proper storage practices for sensitive and high‑value components
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, ensuring compliance with customs, tariffs, and export regulations
  • Support onboarding of new suppliers and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
  • Help maintain procurement system workflows (Coupa, SAP, Net Suite, or similar) and resolve basic system‑related issues
  • Identify opportunities to streamline procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes
  • Maintain and upkeep warehouse storage areas, implementing best practices in material handling, storage, and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to forecast material needs and prevent shortages
We’re excited about you because…
  • You have 3–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, production, or hardware operations (preferably within robotics, aerospace, automotive, or manufacturing environments)
  • You have experience with ERP and procurement systems (Coupa, SAP, Net Suite, or similar) and ideally MRP systems for production
