This role is based in Fremont, CA. We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our Logistics team. The role involves understanding client logistics processes, supporting daily operations, and ensuring smooth coordination across supply chain activities. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are eager to build a career in logistics and supply chain management.
Your role- Understand and support client logistics and supply chain processes
- Assist in shipment tracking, order processing, and inventory management
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (vendors, transporters)
- Ensure timely execution of logistics activities and resolve operational issues
- Maintain accurate documentation related to shipments, invoices, and deliveries
- Support data entry, reporting, and analysis for logistics operations
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding shipment updates and status
- Identify process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain concepts (preferred)
- Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Willingness to learn and adapt
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is $48,400 – $105,600 per year. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
