Position: Supply Chain Program Manager (SCPM) - AI Infrastructure

For our client, we are seeking a Supply Chain Program Manager (scpm) - AI Infrastructure to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross‑functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a technology‑driven environment.

Location:

San Francisco, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation: $226,000 – $285,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end material readiness across NPI and production phases
  • Drive supply planning and execution for long lead-time constrained commodities
  • Build and manage material readiness plans in alignment with production schedules
  • Monitor supply health, lead times, and managing allocation risk
  • Drive shortage management and recovery planning processes
  • Coordinate supply commitments and continuity planning with partners
  • Lead material reviews and executive-level program updates
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years experience in Supply Chain Program Management or related hardware supply chain roles
  • Experience supporting complex hardware products through NPI and production ramps
  • Strong understanding of hardware supply chains and material planning
  • Proven ability to manage constrained supply environments and long lead-time commodities
  • Experience with ODMs, CMs, and managing global supplier ecosystems
  • Strong analytical and executive communication skills
