We need someone who excels at running an ITAM operation, including report generation . The candidate will have:

  • Experience owning end-to-end asset lifecycle processes.
  • Strong written communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfort with logistics, procurement, and vendor management.
  • A process‑improvement mindset with the ability to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Enough endpoint management knowledge (Intune, Jamf, MDM, etc.) to coordinate device administration without needing to be a systems engineer.
What this Job Entails:

The team's objective is to proactively manage global site locations and customer inventory vendor base.

Scope:
  • Uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Learn our existing vendor base, identify inefficiencies, and recommend opportunities to improve the individual vendor relationship in each case by case basis
  • Daily management of current vendor inventory base
  • Other duties as required. This list is not meant to be a comprehensive inventory of all responsibilities assigned to this position
Required Qualifications /

Skills:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, and work with cross functional teams as required
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Proven ability to effectively interact with vendors and customers at all levels
  • Organizational and operational skills to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Self‑motivated, goal oriented and team‑centric
  • Ability to build vendor relationships with our existing global vendor base
  • Ability to analyze and think strategically, identify creative solutions to meet our departmental needs
Physical Demand & Work Environment:
  • Must have the ability to perform office‑related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
  • Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
  • Must be able to use a computer
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively
  • Some positions may require occasional repetitive motion or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
