Logistics Analyst – Temporary

Responsibilities

• Execute daily shipping and receiving activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
• Prepare and organize shipping documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading (BOLs).
• Coordinate with external carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations and escalated potential shortages or discrepancies.
• Support reverse logistics and product return processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to improve supply chain visibility and responsiveness.
• Maintain accurate data flow between ERP and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Assist with month-end inventory and warehouse reconciliations.
• Support vendor coordination, purchase order tracking, and delivery timeline management.
• Help identify opportunities to improve logistics workflows, operational efficiency, and data integrity.
• Ensure operational processes are followed consistently and accurately.

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field.
• Understanding of shipping terminology and general logistics workflows from origin to destination.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); familiarity with tools such as Net Suite, Oracle, or Hub Spot is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory reconciliation, or process improvement initiatives is a plus.
