Supply Chain Manager

We're working with a fast-growing robotics company building next-generation hardware products, and they're looking for a Supply Chain Manager to help scale global manufacturing operations and strategic component sourcing.

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing JDM/ODM partners, driving supplier performance, and supporting complex hardware products from early development through mass production.

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, manufacturing operations, or hardware operations
• Experience managing global manufacturing partners, including JDM/ODM relationships and supplier negotiations
• Strong understanding of hardware products, manufacturing processes, BOM structures, and component sourcing
• Ability to drive cost optimization initiatives, supplier negotiations, and total cost management strategies
• Experience developing supply continuity strategies, including supplier diversification, inventory planning, and risk mitigation
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working closely with Engineering, Product, Quality, and Operations teams
• Ability to support new product introductions (NPI), production ramp-up, engineering changes, and high-volume manufacturing transitions
• Fluent in both English and Chinese, with experience working across global teams and manufacturing partners
