Job Title: Logistics Coordinator
Job Location: San Francisco, California
- Coordination between all applicable parties for domestic, export & import shipments while ensuring service commitments are achieved and maintained in accordance with client and company objectives.
- Prepare, issue and submit documents necessary to complete the shipping process and provide clients with advice concerning terms of delivery, payment, insurance and all other freight services.
- Ensure that invoices for the services rendered are completed accurately and, in a timeframe, consistent with company policy.
- Tracking, tracing and document imaging functions.
- Customer service and updating of customer profiles.
- Data entry utilizing many software systems
- US Citizen - Mandatory
- 1-5 years in International Logistics
- Experience is Air Freight and Ocean Freight Services
- Defense Counterintelligence Security Agency T3 Clearance (DCSA) preferred but will need to go through application process once hired.
- Government contracts and ITAR experience required
- Proven track record in customer service
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, presentations)
- Proficient computer skills:
Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook, Teams) - Knowledge of Cargo Wise system is plus
