Role OverviewAs a
Regional Operations Coordinator
, you will lead field expansion across Northern California by connecting with commercial operators, introducing East Pacific Supply Co.’s custom manufacturing and packaging solutions, and onboarding clients onto our digital ordering portal.
- Conduct field visits and consultations with restaurant owners, multi-unit operators, commercial kitchens, and venue buyers across Northern California.
- Guide client procurement teams through setup on our mobile app and web portal for automated re-ordering.
- Monitor account order patterns ($3k–$5k+/mo target volume) and build long-term relationships to ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
- Maintain an active field presence (>50% of time) meeting directly with food business operators.
- 2+ Years Industry
Experience:
Proven background in commercial packaging, food service distribution, food/beverage supply, or industrial packaging supplies. - Operator Network:Pre-existing, active relationships with Bay Area restaurant owners, hospitality groups, or commercial food buyers.
- Self-Driven Focus:Motivated by building and managing a long-term commercial account portfolio.
- Field Mobility:Valid CA driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
