Shift Coordinator

Expected compensation: 38.00 USD Per Hour

 Art is helping our client hire Shift Coordinators to help ensure the smooth execution of test operations. /p    this role, you will manage vehicle and operator assignments, perform deployment readiness checks, and act as the central point of contact for all in-shift coordination and escalations. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency, safety, and real-time communication with cross-functional teams.

/p   ning Schedule /h3     ay-Friday, 9AM-5:30PM (2-3 weeks) /li  /ul    a Shift Coordinator, You  /h3     ute test plans by coordinating daily vehicle deployments and operator assignments. /li   uct pre-deployment checks (e.g., software branch validation, time sync, vehicle readiness) to ensure all vehicles meet operational standards. /li   tor vehicle fleet health in real-time using internal tools and dashboards. /li   re all operators comply with safety and testing protocols.
