Pay: $39.50-$40.00 per hour

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports the AMEX Centurion Lounge at SFO Airport by ensuring the environment remains safe, well‑maintained, and aligned with AMEX’s premium hospitality standards. This hands‑on role is responsible for performing light maintenance work, coordinating service vendors, and supporting daily lounge operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

• Conduct regular walk‑throughs to proactively identify areas needing upkeep or repair.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks such as touch‑up painting, tile repair, and minor plumbing fixes (e.g., faucet swaps, tightening fittings).
• Support event and operational setups, including light furniture moves or space resets.
• Manage supply inventories and coordinate ordering as needed.
• Collaborate with building management and external vendors to address more complex maintenance issues.
• Ensure compliance with facility and safety policies in both front‑ and back‑of‑house areas.
• Perform additional facility‑related duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or facilities training preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in general maintenance, hospitality operations, or facilities support.
• Practical knowledge of light repair, painting, and plumbing work.
