Our returning clients are seeking a proactive, experienced, and highly organized Housekeeper who can be with them for many years to come as part of the family. The currently have a housekeeping crew but would like to transition one full time person. The home is a multi-level (10,000 sq ft, 4-level with elevator) home in Presidio Heights. The ideal candidate will be a thoughtful self-starter who can plan and execute a comprehensive weekly cleaning and maintenance schedule ensuring the entire residence is consistently maintained to a high standard.

3 or more years of experience working in a private home with great references

• Someone with proven experience managing the cleaning of a large residence who can independently plan, schedule, and execute deep‑cleaning rotations so that all areas (4 levels, all bedrooms, bathrooms, etc.) are thoroughly addressed each week, while prioritizing daily tidiness in main living areas.
• Proactive & Detailed: A meticulous approach to specialized cleaning (e.g., marble, wood floors, fine wood furniture care) and inventory management.
• While childcare is not a requirement (they employ two full‑time nannies), a genuine love for children (ages 4, 2,
  1) and comfort around pets (40 lb dog and kitten) is ideal.

• Weekly Cleaning: Develop and maintain a rotating schedule to ensure the complete and detailed cleaning of the entire 10,000 sq ft, 4‑level home every week, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and specialized spaces.
• Daily Tidiness: Maintain daily order and tidiness in all primary living areas (kitchen, family rooms, main entries).
• Specialized Surface Care:
  • Expert cleaning of marble surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms.
  • Routine cleaning of wood floors throughout the home.
  • Periodic treatment (e.g., monthly waxing of dining room table).
• Product Management: Commitment to using and managing non‑toxic/eco‑friendly cleaning products

• Help with household laundry (clothing, towels, bedding)
• Ironing/Steaming:
  Perform light ironing or steaming, most are sent to dry cleaners.

Coordinate daily activities and communicate with the two full‑time nannies. Mom WFH one day per week
