Sunday‑Thursday, 9:00‑5:30
Pay: $22.50–$24.50 per hour

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Assist with apartment turnovers – painting, carpet cleaning, pressure washing.
• Maintain grounds, including pool and spa, if applicable.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperation with co‑workers and other departments.

• Prefer six (6) months of experience in the building industry, maintenance, and/or housekeeping handling electrical, plumbing, and structural matters. Knowledge of building construction is helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check and health screening tests, including physical and TB tests.
• May be required to receive COVID‑19 vaccination, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and wear PPE per regulatory guidelines.
