Maintenance Technician will complete preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and apartment turnovers. The role ensures a high standard of cleanliness, customer service, and a hazard‑free environment.

Pay: $23.70–$27.32/hour DOE

• Complete work orders accurately and promptly; clean up after completion
• Perform repairs on property, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical
• Clean apartments during turnover process as directed

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Basic building maintenance knowledge through training or experience

• Minimum 1 year of skilled maintenance work
• Technical training in one or more building trades

• Follow direction from supervisor
• Read, write, do basic math, and follow instructions
• Adapt to changing work plans
• Maintain professional appearance
• Legally operate a motor vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance
