Senior Project Manager Responsibilities

• Responsible for project administration and for providing overall project leadership to the Project Team (Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer and other jobsite staff) in the execution of their duties.
• Responsible for one or more projects.
• Anticipate and manage project‑related issues.
• Involve senior management to assist in resolving project‑related issues as necessary.
• Market company capabilities to potential customers and perform other business development activities as needed.

• 4 year engineering or business degree or equivalent‑related experience, plus extensive (15+ years) experience/knowledge of construction, design, finance, and management required.
• 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on large, complex, or specialized projects.
• Managerial competency, excellent communication skills, refined business judgment.
• Exceptional understanding of Enterprise software, budget/commitment differentiation, cost projection procedures and cost control techniques.

• In the $160,000 - $230,000 range, DOE. Eligible for discretionary bonus.
