Hot 8 Yoga is GROWING and that means we are expanding our management team!Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company.
Responsibilities include:- Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staff
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Tracking studio budget
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
- Processing payroll
- Oversee inventory
- Work 5 Front Desk shifts
- Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
- Lead Teacher Trainings
- Lead and manager teachers and front desk staff
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Weekend availability
Previous management experience is required.
- Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
