💼 Senior Project Manager - Commercial / Institutional Construction

San Francisco, California
💰 Salary: $190K-$210K + performance-based bonus

Experience:
10+ years in commercial construction, healthcare, education, life sciences, or civic projects
Lead large, complex construction projects from pursuit and preconstruction through completion. Oversee all aspects of project management, including schedules, budgets, quality, subcontractor coordination, and risk mitigation. Serve as the primary project leader, fostering safety, professionalism, and collaboration across clients, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams. Mentor and develop project staff while ensuring successful project delivery.
Requirements- Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex commercial or institutional projects
- Strong background in preconstruction, estimating, contracts, scheduling, and MEP coordination
- Proven leadership experience with multi-discipline teams and subcontractors
- Familiarity with construction project management software (MS Project, Timberline, Viewpoint, etc.)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and risk management skills
- Commitment to safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
