- Define editorial vision, voice, and quality standards for all content.
- Develop and execute global and local content strategies across multiple formats (articles, reports, video, web, social).
- Build and manage content production processes, workflows, and approval systems.
- Hire, mentor, and manage internal team members; oversee external vendors and agencies.
- Partner with Marketing, Business Development, and Communications teams to execute integrated paid, earned, and owned content distribution strategies.
- Track content performance using KPIs and analytics; use data to refine strategy and improve engagement.
- Serve as primary content expert, translating complex topics into client-focused messaging.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to keep content timely and relevant.
- Manage content budgets, staffing coverage, and compliance with policies.
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive content marketing experience at a management level in professional services, agencies, or publishing.
- Expertise in content production, editorial oversight, and multi-channel distribution.
- Strong analytics skills, understanding of KPIs, and ability to use data to inform strategy.
- Proven leadership experience managing large teams.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and content management tools.
