About the Role

The Manager, Partnership Operations is responsible for ensuring all partnership-related assets, activations, and ballpark elements are executed with precision and efficiency. Reporting to the Vice President, Ballpark Operations & Event Services, this role serves as the operational bridge between the Ballpark Operations and Corporate Partnerships departments & works hand in hand with the Director, Partnerships Activation — ensuring that partner deliverables are installed, maintained, and activated to the highest standard.

This position requires strong organizational skills, hands-on project management, and the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams and external vendors to bring partnership initiatives to life in a professional baseball environment.

You’re Excited About This Opportunity Because You Will Operational Liaison Between Departments
  • Serve as the primary point of contact within Ballpark Operations for all partnership-related projects and game activations.
  • Translate partnership requests into executable operational plans, communicating details clearly to the necessary departments.
  • Ensure smooth collaboration between Ballpark Operations, Corporate Partnerships, Facilities, and Guest Services teams.
Ballpark Upgrades & Signage Operations
  • Manage all partnership-related ballpark upgrades, including signage installations, replacements, and removals.
  • Oversee vendor coordination for all signage and branding elements — including site access, scheduling, quality control, and installation standards.
  • Maintain a comprehensive signage inventory and placement map, tracking seasonal updates and partner changes.
  • Ensure all installations meet operational, safety, and branding guidelines.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards for all partnership-related projects.
  • Support procurement processes, bids, and contracting for signage and activation vendors as needed.
Gameday Execution & Partner Support
  • Serve as the key operational contact for partnership activations and in-park executions on gamedays.
  • Lead communication from Ballpark Operations to gameday staff regarding partner elements and logistics.
  • Coordinate with Ballpark Operations to fulfill partner setup requests such as tabling areas, stanchions, power access, equipment, and other infrastructure needs.
  • Identify, schedule, and manage a dedicated gameday operations support team for partnership-related duties.
Facility Integration & Continuous Improvement
  • Work closely with Cap Ex & Engineering teams to ensure partnership installations align with ongoing ballpark projects and renovations.
  • Develop and refine processes that streamline communication between Partnerships and Operations, ensuring efficient planning and execution.
  • Identify areas for improvement in workflow, signage management, and partner servicing from an operations standpoint.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Sports Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in ballpark or venue operations, event management, or facility coordination (professional sports experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience working with corporate partnerships or collaborating with corporate partnership departments
  • Proven track record in vendor management, project coordination, and on-site execution.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
