This is a full-time, on-site role for an Asset & Operations Director located in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role involves overseeing daily operations of property management and agricultural business activities, implementing operational strategies, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising teams, analyzing performance data, and maintaining exceptional customer service across all business sectors.

• Proficiency in Operations Management and ability to oversee multifaceted business processes effectively
• Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and improve operational efficiency
• Proven Team Management experience and leadership skills to guide and motivate staff
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage resources effectively
• Excellent Customer Service skills to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and tenants
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of property management or agricultural operations is a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
