Role OverviewWe are seeking a Project Manager to lead projects end-to-end for our clients, driving initiatives across functions, aligning teams, and delivering tangible results. This role is 80% project execution — connecting the dots, fast-tracking solutions, and providing hands‑on leadership — and 20% supporting business growth by helping bring in new clients and assisting with proposals and client engagement.
Responsibilities- Lead client projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and impact
- Coordinate across functional areas to accelerate solutions and drive cross‑departmental alignment
- Present project status, findings, and recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Drive business growth through client acquisition, engagement, and proposals
- Utilize project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, or similar) to track progress and outcomes
- 5–10 years of experience in project management, consulting, supply chain, or operations
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects end-to-end and drive results for clients
- Comfortable presenting to executives and leading initiatives across multiple functions
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Experience in sustainability or regenerative supply chain practices is a plus
- Remote‑first role (California / PST hours)
