VP of Sales West Coast – Grocery/Retail Industry

If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and know the grocery/retail world, we want you on our team! The VP of Sales leads sales operations by establishing processes, tools, and strategies that drive revenue growth and meet financial goals. The role analyzes market conditions, competitors, and customer needs, sets organizational goals, and uses data to monitor performance and improve results. The VP of Sales collaborates with internal teams on new product opportunities and builds strong sales teams through recruiting, mentoring, and development.

The position may also handle high-value sales and oversees departmental goals and policies aligned with company objectives.

Responsibilities

A VP of Sales at TRUNO will:

  • Manage all sales team members and processes
