Chief Operating Officer; COO

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the operational strategy and execution of the organization. This role focuses on driving efficiency, optimizing business processes, and collaborating with executive leadership to achieve organizational goals and sustainable growth.

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Monitor performance metrics and operational KPIs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

• Lead, mentor, and inspire department heads and operational teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Support executive leadership in organizational planning and decision-making

• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Manage operational risks and develop contingency plans for critical business functions

• Collaborate with finance teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation
• Support strategic investments and operational initiatives that drive growth
• Review financial reports and performance metrics to guide decision-making

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven experience in senior operational leadership roles
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing complex operations and cross-functional teams

• Executive management or leadership certifications
• Project management or operational excellence certifications

• Salary range of $300,000 – $375,000
