WHAT'S THE JOB?
  • You’ll manage projects from start to finish. Starting with inspections and estimates, you’ll guide stakeholders through recommendations to develop scope, timelines, and expectations—even in complex, multi‑hazard situations. • You’ll direct and lead our technician crews. Setting scope with lead technicians, checking in daily, supporting best work, and providing daily positive and constructive feedback for growth and excellent outcomes.
  • You’ll manage approved subcontractors and materials needs. From equipment rental, temporary labor, and partnering with other contractors and industrial hygienists, you’ll ensure you have what you need to get every job done right.
  • You’ll serve on the Emergency Response Team. Building emergencies happen after hours; you’ll be on a rotating schedule to respond to after‑hours needs.
  • You’ll partner with teammates daily. Working closely with fellow Project Managers, leveraging the Project Coordinator, setting schedules, keeping projects on track, ensuring complete documentation, and collaborating with business development to win new clients and represent Ideal.
  • You’ll deliver accurate invoices and support collection efforts. Reviewing job logs daily for accuracy, partnering with accounting to send timely invoices, and confidently communicating with stakeholders (insurance adjusters, consultants) to resolve outstanding billing issues.
