General Manager

What The Job Looks Like

This is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in San Carlos, CA. The General Manager is responsible for building a high-performing organization by supporting employees, developing leaders, and creating a culture where teams can succeed. You’ll oversee operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer experience while ensuring employees have the structure, tools, and coaching they need to grow. In partnership with department leaders, you’ll strengthen accountability, develop talent, and position the company to expand into new vertical service lines.

This is a builder role focused on scaling the business and taking care of the people who make that growth possible.

• 2–5+ years experience as a General Manager in home services
• Strong plumbing or HVAC operational background preferred
• Proven experience owning and managing full P&Ls
• Demonstrated ability to scale revenue and improve margins
• Experience leading teams of 30+ employees
• Experience building leaders and developing teams
• Comfortable in fast-growth, accountability-driven environments
• Data-driven decision maker with strong financial discipline
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful but not required

• $130,000-$150,000 base + 30%+ performance incentives (tiered structure)
