Vice President of Program Delivery

The Vice President of Program Delivery is responsible for the oversight and successful execution of a diverse portfolio of programs. This senior leadership role requires a strategic, hands-on approach to program delivery, client engagement, and operational excellence. The VP of Program Delivery leads a multidisciplinary team of program directors, program managers, and project managers, and serves as a key interface with clients and external stakeholders.
The role includes regular site visits, direct client interaction, and proactive management of risks and issues to ensure program success.
Strategic Program Leadership
- Provide strategic direction and long-term vision for client programs, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Partner with executive leadership to position programs for sustainable success and growth.
Program Oversight
- Oversee program performance, ensuring delivery against approved schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Establish and implement best practices to drive consistent, efficient program execution.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all program-related matters.
- Conduct regular site visits and client engagements to maintain strong relationships, gather feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
Issue Resolution
- Serve as the escalation point for program risks, issues, and challenges.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop and implement timely, effective solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Engage with customers, government entities, industry partners, and other key stakeholders to support collaboration and program success.
- Represent programs in a professional manner that strengthens credibility and trust.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop program and project management teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Design, implement, and refine processes to improve efficiency and consistency across program delivery.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Regulatory and Compliance Awareness
- Maintain awareness of applicable regulations and compliance requirements related to tolling and commercial vehicle enforcement.
- Ensure programs are executed in accordance with relevant laws, standards, and contractual obligations.
- Extensive senior leadership experience in program and operations management, ideally within transportation, logistics, or technology-driven environments.
- Knowledge of transportation systems and commercial vehicle enforcement is an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
- Strategic, results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated record of successful program delivery and client satisfaction.
- Willingness to travel regularly for site visits and client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required;
Master’s degree preferred. - Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in transportation technology or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in executive-level roles overseeing complex, multi-stakeholder programs and initiatives.
