Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Building Engineer to join our team at our luxury association,
Telegraph Landing North
, located in San Francisco.

Compensation: $33.00- $38.00 Per Hour (Depending on Experience)

Schedule: Monday
- Friday; 8:00 AM- 4:30 PM + On-Call

• Responsible for maintaining, correcting defencies, and/or making repairs to all common areas within the Association
• Oversee all facets of the daily operations of the building, ensuring compliance with HOA policies and regulations as required by code and regulatory enforcement agencies.
• Monitor and maintain optimum performance of all building systems to include mechanical, electrical/electronic, fire life safety, smoke control, security, HVAC, and water circulation system.
• Coordinate and interact with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely maintenance and repairs, as well as adherence to quality standards.
• Plan and implement a preventative maintenance program to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of building systems.
• Collaborate with General Manager on modifications and improvements to building systems, including control software, to enhance efficiency and functionality.

• Minimum of 3 years of onsite high rise or mid-rise building engineer experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial property management.
• Familiarity with the Uniform Commercial Building Code; HOA experience is a plus.
• HVAC Certification
  
  EPA/608 License Fire Pump Certificate preferred
  
  Fire Life Safety Director Certificate preferred
  
  Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance
• Hands‑on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting experience.
• Experience in fire system management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player attitude.
• Availability by cell phone 24/7 for emergencies.

• Valid California Driver's License and Auto Insurance.
