The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for leading the overall strategy and direction of the company in accordance with its mission, vision, and values. The CEO will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve the company's goals and objectives while ensuring the company's financial and operational success. The CEO will be the primary face of the company and will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for the company in alignment with its mission, vision, and values
• Oversee the companys operations, including financial management, budgeting, and personnel management
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Lead the development and execution of new products and services in order to meet customer needs
• Monitor and analyze the companys performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure the companys success
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and other public forums
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and manage the companys marketing and communications strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business, management, or a related field
• Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar senior management role
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Knowledge of business operations, financial management, and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Experience in the video production and/or advertising industry is a plus
