• Oversee global payroll operations and compliance, ensuring accurate tax withholding and remittance

• 20+ years of relevant experience in global payroll, equity administration, or related finance functions
• 8+ years of experience leading multi‑region or global teams in a public company
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent experience
• Deep expertise in global payroll operations and public company equity administration
• Outstanding people leadership skills and exceptional communication abilities

• Proven record of scaling teams and driving automation in payroll and equity operations
• Experience with complex global compliance requirements in tax and regulatory matters
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and make complex concepts accessible
• Strong background in continuous improvement processes and quality delivery
