- 8+ years of Community Impact or Sustainability experience.
- 4+ years of Management experience.
- Proven experience managing large, complex philanthropic grant portfolios.
- Expertise in leveraging qualitative and quantitative data for grantmaking decisions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing business strategies in complex environments.
- Experience as a visible external leader and organizational spokesperson.
- A track record of successfully leading teams through growth and transformation.
