TCG is raising its second fund (50M target) and aims to 5x its portfolio.
Compensation includes up to 00k cash and up to M carried interest, plus the ability to invest fee-free and carry-free in TCG funds. Mandatory 5 days in-office. 5+ years of operations experience required; candidates from all backgrounds encouraged.
