This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to transform urban mobility and prepare for the autonomous vehicle transition.

- Own all financial and operational metrics for the San Francisco market to ensure optimal revenue growth and profit maximization.
- Oversee day‑to‑day fleet operations including driver scheduling, dispatch, vehicle maintenance, and safety compliance.
- Partner with the Growth team to recruit, onboard, and retain a professional driver base while fostering a supportive company culture.
- 2+ years of experience in operations management or business consulting with a proven track record of building teams and optimizing processes.
- Analytical powerhouse with a data‑driven mindset and a BA/BS from a top‑tier institution; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Entrepreneurial "doer" who is comfortable in a fast‑paced environment and willing to be on‑site 5 days a week in San Francisco.
