Senior Manager, Lateral Partner Integration

The firm is seeking a Senior Manager, Lateral Partner Integration to lead the onboarding and long-term integration of lateral partners, groups, and firm combinations. This role oversees the full integration process from offer acceptance through the partner's first two years, collaborating with firm leadership, sponsor partners, business development, marketing, IT, facilities, conflicts, and other departments to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.

Responsibilities include managing onboarding logistics, designing customized orientation and integration plans, leading pre-arrival and ongoing check-ins, developing training materials, tracking integration progress, reporting outcomes to leadership, identifying opportunities for client retention and revenue growth, improving integration processes, and supervising direct reports while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 7–10 years of relevant experience in law firm attorney recruiting, lateral partner integration, business development, growth strategy, M&A, or a related professional services environment. Experience managing complex lateral partner or group integrations, strong project management and relationship-building skills, knowledge of law firm economics, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives are essential. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, and experienced in creating training materials, managing confidential projects, and delivering exceptional client service.

Salary: $164,000–$229,000 (New York and San Francisco) or $156,000–$218,000 (Los Angeles and Washington, D.C.), depending on location, experience, and qualifications. The firm also offers a comprehensive benefits package and discretionary bonus opportunities.
