Job Title
Job Description and Duties
Direct statewide administration of CAC, DRAFT, FFDRP, and related programs, including over $66 million in federal funding, $30 million in state general funds, and approximately $186.7 million in dependency counsel allocations.
Provide executive direction for negotiating, administering, and monitoring dependency counsel contracts for DRAFT and FFDRP providers.
Oversee monthly monitoring of expenditures, reimbursements, and compliance across statewide programs.
Support advisory bodies and branch leadership with fiscal policy development and data governance for dependency counsel programs.
Provide organizational leadership and cross-program coordination.
Oversee dissemination of local allocation information to trial courts and dependency providers.
Oversee contract templates, deliverables, amendments, and documentation.
Review statewide monthly expenditures for program vendors and courts.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of budget and expenditure reports.
Supervisor Duties:
Recommends selection of staff.
Trains staff and propose internal and external training courses and workshops.
Provides career development and planning for staff.
Approves time off requests.
Reviews and approves time sheets.
Evaluates employee performance and conducts performance reviews; and
Administers discipline as required.
