JOB SUMMARY The Rehousing Acquisition Manager position reports to the Director of Rehousing Programs and is accountable for leading a team of Rehousing Coordinators in the acquisition of market-rate rental units to support individuals transitioning from homelessness or at risk of becoming unhoused. This role involves developing and executing strategic housing acquisition plans, managing a dynamic portfolio of rental properties, and providing day-to-day guidance, training, and oversight to ensure the team meets program goals and performance benchmarks.
