The Project Controls Manager is a strategic leader within Boldt's operations team, responsible for driving the financial and schedule performance of some of our most complex construction projects. This role partners closely with project managers, superintendents, project executives, and trade partners to develop and implement the controls, forecasting, and reporting systems that help projects achieve or exceed their goals. From project award through closeout, the Project Controls Manager serves as a trusted advisor, analyzing project costs, productivity, schedule performance, earned value, cash flow, and risk exposure to provide project teams with the insights needed to make informed business decisions.

The position plays a critical role in ensuring projects remain financially healthy while supporting predictable project delivery for our clients.
