Full Spectrum Lab Services from CBRE offers a professional suite of services to a variety of clients in the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, and genomics, as well as contract research organizations (CROs) and contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).

What You’ll Do
  • Repair and maintenance of equipment with emphasis on GC, LC, and MS
  • Take apart, examine, clean, fix, calibrate, check, and take care of special equipment, systems, and controls
  • Operate test equipment, including multimeters, frequency generators, counters, galvanometers, digital logic probes, and oscilloscopes
  • Troubleshoot, service or resolve problems while performing unscheduled work
  • Record and report abnormal functions or out-of-tolerance conditions of equipment; start corrective action and documentation as needed
What You’ll Need
  • OEM or 3rd party repair experience
  • Major electronic or mechanical repair experience on a chromatography-related system
  • Proficiency with instrumentation/technology such as Agilent/Mass Hunter/Multi Quant, Waters, Thermo, Shimadzu
  • 4-year degree in a related field; 3-5 years of job-related experience; in lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered; must have appropriate license or certification where required by law
  • Ability to travel up to 50% overnight
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • A valid U.S. driver's license in good standing
  • Experience with analyzing information and using standard practices to make judgments
