Senior Software Engineer; Platform

We're looking for a Platform Engineer who's obsessed with building fast, reliable, and secure system sand giving product engineers the tools they need to ship with confidence. You'll be the backbone of our infra, observability, and deployment pipeline, owning everything from monitoring and alerting to networking, security, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities:

• Own observability (Datadog) and ensure our systems are monitored, alerting, and self-healing
• Build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS + Terraform)
• Help achieve HIPAA and SOC 2 compliance
• Own CI/CD pipelines to help us ship safely and frequently
• Create complex dev/staging environments
• Set up and manage data infra to support product and analytics use cases

• You've been the first infra hire or platform lead at a startup
• You've built tools that made other engineers 10x more productive
• You've got strong opinions on infrastructure, but you're pragmatic about tradeoffs
