Job DescriptionAs the first Product Manager at Drafter Inc., you will partner directly with the founders to define the product roadmap and translate complex hardware manufacturing challenges into scalable software solutions. You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring high-leverage impact for mechanical engineers building the world’s most critical hardware.

- Work directly with the CEO and CTO to define, prioritize, and communicate Drafter Inc.’s strategic product roadmap and narrative.
- Translate ambiguous customer pain points from mechanical engineers into crisp product requirements, specs, and clearly scoped engineering tasks.
- Drive execution by resolving dependencies, making smart trade‑off decisions, and maintaining momentum across the engineering and design teams.
- Has 3–10+ years of experience in product management or as a startup founder/operator, with a proven track record of shipping technical products.
- Demonstrates "negative maintenance" ownership—the ability to identify and resolve risks or open questions before they block the team’s execution.
- Possesses strong technical instincts and the ability to earn trust with world‑class engineers working on computational geometry and AI/ML.
