Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on Senior Electronics Technician who thrives in a fast‑paced, bench‑focused environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in craftsmanship, and is excited to contribute directly to cutting‑edge medical technology. A formal degree is not required—strong practical experience matters most.

What You’ll Do
  • Perform soldering and rework on PCBs, including 0201 discretes and fine‑pitch BGAs under a microscope
  • Execute board modifications, debug issues, and support rapid design iterations
  • Follow detailed work instructions, schematics, and test procedures with high accuracy
  • Run functional tests on incoming and assembled hardware; document results clearly
  • Support incoming inspection and ensure hardware meets quality standards
  • Assist with lab operations, including organization, equipment upkeep, and basic lab management
  • Calibrate and maintain test equipment; coordinate with external vendors as needed
  • Partner closely with engineers to troubleshoot issues and improve designs
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong hands‑on experience with fine‑pitch soldering and PCB rework
  • Comfortable working under a microscope on small, delicate components
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
  • Experience with electronics testing and lab equipment
  • Self‑starter who’s comfortable at the bench and adapting in a startup environment
Nice to Have
  • Experience in a regulated environment, especially medical devices
  • Familiarity with IPC‑A‑610, IPC‑A‑600, IPC‑7711, IPC‑7721, IPC‑6012, and IPC‑6013
  • Exposure to equipment calibration or lab coordination
